I teach two different kinds of hatha yoga, ashtanga at the rugby club on Wednesday evenings from 5.45pm - 7.15pm and yin at St Clement's Farm on Tuesday evenings (term time only) from 6.30pm - 8.30pm. Both classes are suitable for beginners & they complement each other perfectly.

Yin Yang Yoga Class
Tuesdays St Clement's Farm 6.30pm 

A rather magical intimate class. Practice yoga in a cosy barn. The 2 hours pass so quickly and students are treated to a mix of yin and yang yoga with lots of massage, meditation  and pranayama thrown in. All levels are welcome.

Ashtanga Yoga
Wednesdays - The Rugby Club - 5.45pm

Finally bringing ashtanga yoga out west. Ashtanga is the perfect mind & body workout. This is a dynamic class that challenges your flexibility but more importantly your strength.
