Morocco Retreat | 15th – 22nd October 2026

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking your place on the Inner Alchemy Yoga Retreat in Morocco. By submitting payment of your deposit, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Booking & Payment

Your place on the retreat is secured upon receipt of a 50% non-refundable deposit of the total retreat cost.

The remaining 50% balance is due in full before the retreat start date, unless an alternative payment plan has been agreed in writing.

Payment options:

  • Bank transfer or Revolut

  • Monthly instalment plans available upon request

  • Tailored payment plans can be arranged directly with Cosmic Retreats

All optional extras (such as massages, excursions, or additional experiences) are not included in the retreat price and must be paid for separately.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

All cancellations must be made in writing to Cosmic Retreats.

Deposit

  • The 50% deposit is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.

Remaining Balance Refund Policy

  • More than 4 months (120+ days) before the retreat start date:
    If you cancel with at least 4 months’ written notice, you will receive a refund of 50% of any remaining balance paid (excluding the non-refundable deposit).

  • Less than 4 months (under 120 days) before the retreat start date:
    No refunds will be issued on any payments made beyond the deposit.

Transfers

  • If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another person up to 14 days before the retreat start date, subject to approval and a £50 administration fee.

  • The replacement guest must meet all retreat requirements and accommodation arrangements.

3. Retreat Changes

Minor Changes

We reserve the right to make minor adjustments to the retreat programme if necessary. This may include changes to:

  • Daily schedule or class times

  • Teachers or facilitators

  • Activities or excursions

  • Accommodation arrangements within the same venue

Minor changes do not entitle participants to a refund.

If a facilitator is unable to attend, a suitably qualified replacement will be provided.

Significant Changes

A significant change refers to a major alteration such as:

  • Retreat location

  • Retreat duration

  • Core structure or offering

If a significant change occurs, you will be offered:

  • Acceptance of the revised retreat

  • Transfer to a future retreat (subject to availability)

  • A full refund of all monies paid (including deposit)

If the venue becomes unavailable, a comparable alternative venue in Morocco may be offered. If you do not accept the alternative, a full refund will be issued.

4. Cancellation by Cosmic Retreats

We reserve the right to cancel the retreat up to 2 months before the start date if:

  • Minimum participant numbers are not met, or

  • Operational circumstances require it

In this event, you will receive a full refund of all payments made.

Cosmic Retreats is not responsible for any additional costs incurred (including flights, insurance, visas, or travel expenses).

5. Travel Responsibility

Guests are responsible for arranging their own travel to and from Morocco.

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Missed or delayed flights

  • Travel disruption

  • Illness or personal emergencies

  • Failure to obtain required travel documents

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical expenses, and travel disruption.

6. Health & Participation

All yoga, movement, and wellness sessions are optional.

By attending, you confirm that:

  • You are physically and mentally fit to participate

  • You take full responsibility for your own wellbeing

  • You will inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, or allergies prior to arrival

Participation is at your own risk.

Cosmic Retreats and its facilitators are not liable for injury, illness, loss, damage, or theft unless caused by proven negligence.

7. Age Requirement

Participants must be 18 years or older.

Participants aged 16–17 may attend only with prior written consent and approval, and additional documentation may be required.

8. Accommodation & Additional Nights

Extra nights before or after the retreat may be arranged at the riad, subject to availability and additional cost. These are not included in the retreat package.

9. Behaviour & Group Harmony

This is a supportive, respectful, and mindful retreat environment.

We reserve the right to remove any participant from the retreat without refund if their behaviour is disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful to the group experience.

10. Force Majeure

If the retreat is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control (including natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions), you will be offered:

  • A full refund of all payments made, or

  • A transfer to a future retreat (subject to availability)

We are not liable for additional external costs.

11. Photos & Privacy

Photographs may be taken during the retreat for promotional purposes.

If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform us on arrival and your wishes will be fully respected.

12. Agreement

By paying your deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
