La Dolce Vita Retreat – Terms & Conditions

Please read the following carefully before booking your place on La Dolce Vita Retreat in Italy. By submitting your deposit, you agree to the conditions outlined below.

1. Booking & Payment

Your place on the retreat is secured upon receipt of a 30% deposit of the total retreat cost (£1,500).

The remaining balance is due in two stages:

• 20% by 1st December 2025

• Final 50% by 1st February 2026

Payments can be made via bank transfer or Revolut.

Alternatively, if you prefer, we offer a monthly instalment plan, where your total fee is divided equally across the months from booking until 1st February 2026. For example, if you confirm your place in July 2025, the £1,500 retreat fee would be divided across 7 monthly payments of approximately £214.30 per month. Please contact Carla to set up your plan.

Optional extras (such as massages or excursions) must be pre-booked in advance and are payable separately unless otherwise stated.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

All cancellations must be made in writing to Carla Yoga.

• If you cancel on or before 1st November 2025, we will refund your full booking fee.

• If you cancel on or before 14th December 2025, we will refund 50% of your deposit.

• If you cancel after 14th December 2025, no refund can be given unless a replacement guest is found.

If we are able to find someone to take your place—or if you find a replacement guest—we will refund your full payment, minus a £50 administrative fee.

Force Majeure / COVID-19

In the event that the retreat is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or pandemic-related developments), you will be offered:

• A full refund of all payments made, or

• The option to transfer your booking to a future retreat (subject to availability).

We are not liable for any associated costs incurred such as flights, insurance, or other personal expenses. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

3. Booking Transfers

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another person. Please notify us in writing at least 14 days prior to the retreat with the full details of the replacement guest.

If you are sharing a room, the replacement must be the same gender to ensure compatibility.

All transfers are subject to a £50 administration fee.

4. Travel & Insurance

• Guests are responsible for booking their own travel and ensuring passport validity (minimum 6 months from date of return).

• Travel insurance is required and must cover cancellations, medical emergencies, personal liability, and travel disruptions.

• Carla Yoga is not responsible for any injury, illness, loss, or theft during the retreat.

5. Participation & Wellbeing

• All yoga and wellness sessions are optional—we invite you to honour your body and rest as needed.

• Please inform us of any relevant medical conditions, injuries, or allergies prior to arrival.

• Participants must be 18 years or older.

• This is a drug-free retreat. We kindly ask all guests to respect the group energy and shared environment.

6. Photos & Privacy

Photos may be taken throughout the retreat for promotional purposes.

If you prefer not to be photographed, just let us know upon arrival and we will ensure your privacy is respected.

7. Behaviour & Group Harmony

We are committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive atmosphere.

Carla Yoga reserves the right to ask any participant to leave the retreat, without refund, if their behaviour is disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful to the group experience
