Please read the following carefully before booking your place on La Dolce Vita Retreat in Italy. By submitting your deposit, you agree to the conditions outlined below.

1. Booking & Payment

Your place on the La Dolce Vita Retreat in Italy is confirmed upon receipt of a 30% deposit of the total retreat cost.

An additional 20% payment is due by 1st February 2026, with the remaining 50% balance due by 1st March 2026..

Payments can be made via bank transfer or Revolut.

Instalment plans are available— please contact Carla to discuss a schedule that works for you.

Optional extras (such as, massages, or activities) must be pre-booked in advance and are payable separately unless otherwise stated.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations must be made in writing.

• If you cancel more than 16 weeks before the retreat, your deposit will be refunded in full.

• If you cancel between 10 and 16 weeks before the retreat, 50% of your deposit will be refunded.

• If you cancel within 10 weeks of the retreat start date, no refund can be given unless a replacement guest is found.

• All refunds are subject to a £30 administrative fee.

Force Majeure / COVID-19
In the unlikely event that the retreat must be cancelled due to government restrictions, natural disasters, pandemic developments, or other force majeure circumstances, we will offer:

• A full refund of all payments made or

• The option to transfer your booking to a future retreat date (subject to availability).
  We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred, such as flights, insurance, or other personal expenses so we recommend that you take travel insurance.

3. Booking Transfers

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another person. Please inform us in writing at least 14 days prior to the retreat start date with the full details of the replacement guest. Please note if you are in a shared room you need to find a person of the same gender as you.

4. Travel & Insurance

• Guests are responsible for booking their own travel and ensuring passport validity (minimum 6 months from date of return).

• Travel insurance is required and must cover cancellations, medical care, personal liability, and travel delays.

• Carla Yoga is not liable for any injury, illness, loss, or theft during the retreat.

5. Participation & Wellbeing

• All yoga and wellness sessions are optional. We encourage you to listen to your body and rest as needed.

• You must inform us in advance of any medical conditions, injuries, or allergies that could affect your participation.

• Guests must be 18 years or older.

• This is a drug-free retreat. Your respect for the group container and collective energy is appreciated.

6. Photos & Privacy

• Photographs may be taken during the retreat and used for promotional purposes.

• If you would prefer not to be photographed, simply let us know upon arrival and we’ll fully respect your wishes.

7. Behaviour & Group Harmony

• We strive to create a respectful, inclusive, and nurturing space.

• Carla Yoga reserves the right to ask any participant to leave the retreat, without refund, if their behaviour is disruptive or harmful to the group.
