Ever experienced a sense of imbalance in your life, struggling to manifest your goals or maintain a consistent yoga practice and healthy lifestyle? Perhaps decision-making feels elusive, or a persistent feeling of inadequacy lingers. These symptoms might signal imbalanced or misdirected energy, suggesting a potential need to unblock and rebalance your chakras, the energy power centers within.

Chakras on the energy body

The Energy Body

Yin yoga & Yoga Nidra help you delve deeper into the subtle layers of the body, releasing deeply rooted tension. Beyond the physical, it accesses the energetic body, impacting the flow of Prana or vital energy through channels known as nadis or meridians. These channels, aligned with chakras, are the energetic power centres of the subtle body.

Clearing energy blockages enhances underactive chakras and balances overactive ones, restoring the flow of energy and promoting overall well-being.
